Steps to Photographing and Editing on your Tablet
You and your team have been asked to create an abstract work of art inspired by one of the public sculptures in the park. Today you will photograph a sculpture of your choice to help create your work of art. This work of art should capture an interesting view of the sculpture, allowing viewers to see
positive and negative space. It should also help communicate its mood using analogous colors.
STEP ONE
Select a sculpture from the sculpture park that has interesting positive and negative shapes.
STEP TWO
Take turns working as a photography team at your table.
One student will take their photograph while the others help them hold the green backdrop and assure good lighting and sculpture placement.
STEP THREE
Edit your photograph by clicking the pencil icon in the center of the page.
You may select one of the filter effects.
Please do not add a frame/edge to your photograph.
You may crop your photograph to improve it.
You may also click on the +/- icon and experiment with contrast within your photograph. I suggest trying the "Negative" effect.
STEP FOUR
Save your final photograph.
Share your photograph with Mrs. Chelmecki: Click the share icon on the left, select "Gmail" and type in Mrs. Chelmecki's email address:

SUBJECT: Your first and last name, your teacher's last name (Wall, Gagnepain, or Pollert)
